Teranode Support

Get help with Teranode Review.

This page is for anyone using Teranode Review inside Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude Code. It says how to reach a person, and answers the questions that come up most often.

Contact

Two ways to reach Teranode.

Email support@teranode.ai. Email goes to the team that builds Teranode.

Call 1-888-837-6950 (888-TER-6950). The line explains what Teranode is, how to connect it, and how the privacy statement is implemented. It does not walk through a pasted case, and the call is on Grok. A Review of a specific case starts at teranode.ai/connect.

Connecting

Teranode Review is added as a connector, then approved once.

The step-by-step instructions for Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code are on /connect. The connector address is https://teranode.ai/mcp. After you add it, the app sends you to a Teranode approve page, where you sign in and allow the connection. Nothing runs until you confirm a Review on its card.

If the app shows the connector as disconnected, or tools stop appearing, remove the connector in the app and add it again. The approve page then runs once more. If the problem continues, email support with the app name and the time it happened.

Signing in

One email address is your account everywhere.

You sign in on the approve page with Google, or with a code sent to your email. Use the same email address in every app. Dots and plus signs count: name@example.com and na.me@example.com are different accounts.

The code arrives from brief.teranode.ai and is good for fifteen minutes. If it has not arrived in a minute, check spam, then request a new one. The account page at /review/account uses the same sign-in and shows which email you are signed in as.

Credits

Credits are bought on teranode.ai, never inside a chat app.

Each Review spends one credit when you confirm it on the card. Your balance, your Reviews, and checkout are all on /review/account, signed in with the same email you use in the app. The connector itself never sells anything, and nothing is charged inside Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude Code.

For a question about a purchase, email support from the address on the account and name the date of the purchase. Never send a card number by email.

Records

The record is the person's, not the software's.

A completed Review returns findings and a record link. Open the link to see the record. A person reads the findings, dispositions them, and attests the record. The software reviews and records; it does not decide, and its findings are not investment advice.

Record links expire. Trust states what is kept, for how long, and what the record does and does not establish. A downloaded record file can be compared with its own checksum at Compare a checksum; a match shows checksum consistency only, not issuance, attestation, or filing.

Security and privacy

Separate addresses for the things that should not wait.

Report a security problem to security@teranode.ai; the disclosure terms are on Security. Ask about your data, or ask to close an account, at privacy@teranode.ai; what Teranode keeps is on Privacy.

Writing to support

What to include, and what to leave out.

Include the email address on your Teranode account, the app you were using (Claude, ChatGPT, or Claude Code), roughly when it happened, and the Review reference if the card or account page showed one.

Leave out client names, account numbers, and the case itself. A Review is read by models at more than one vendor, so the material you submit should already be free of identifiers, and support email should be too.
