AI memory can preserve useful context. It can also summarize, omit, or rewrite it. Continuity is designed to return the reviewed record: what the model produced, what the reviewer changed, what the firm decided, and why.

The standard is not whether an assistant can retell an old conversation. It is whether the firm can reopen the same reviewed record, see who reviewed it, and see what changed before relying on it again.
