What you purchase and receive.

Teranode Review accepts an AI-generated or human-authored recommendation, records its source, routes independent review lenses across model vendors, presents attributed findings for human disposition, and can produce a signed, timestamped decision record with human-entered attestation. For an AI source, its model vendor is excluded from the review. The Service supports a review workflow; it does not make the final decision.

A Review credit is prepayment for one independent Review report on material you submit. You are buying a deliverable report for that submission, not a right to operate, host, or resell Teranode software or platform infrastructure. Credits are not a software license and not a subscription to run Teranode as your own system.

No advice or professional determination.

Teranode Review is software that supports a human-controlled review workflow. It presents attributed model findings for evaluation and disposition by a qualified and authorized person. The Service does not recommend or execute securities transactions, manage assets, exercise investment discretion, make a best-interest determination, or make the final decision. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, compliance, fiduciary, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not determine or certify that a recommendation satisfies any legal, regulatory, professional, or firm standard.

Your responsibilities.

• Only a qualified and authorized person may submit material for Review or purchase credits for a firm.
• Do not submit client identifiers, credentials, unlawful content, or information your firm has not approved.
• Confirm sources, facts, calculations, current law, and professional requirements independently.
• Review and disposition every finding before relying on the submitted recommendation.
• Determine whether and where any resulting record must be retained.
• Do not rely on the Service as an automated decision about a person without the required human process and authority.

Credits, payment, and refunds.

Launch promotions may grant a limited complimentary Review credit. Additional Reviews require available credit. Self-serve purchases are one-time Review credits charged through Stripe Checkout at the price shown at purchase.

An unused Review credit is refundable on request with no time pressure. Email support@teranode.ai from the account email used to purchase or receive the credit. A delivered Review is a completed service: its credit is consumed and is not refundable. Chargebacks and payment disputes may freeze further Reviews until reconciliation completes.

Model output and availability.

Model outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, inconsistent, delayed, or unavailable. Different vendors may repeat the same error. The Service may reject an input, fail a review, return no partial result, change eligible models, or pause availability to protect the system or comply with provider restrictions.

Records, non-reuse, and intellectual property.

As between you and Teranode, and subject to third-party rights and the applicable agreement, you retain rights in content you submit and records created for you. Teranode retains rights in the Service design, prompts, routing policy, schemas, interfaces, documentation, and related technology used to produce your report.

Teranode will not reuse, resell, or incorporate your Review submissions or review findings into any product, report, benchmark, training set, evaluation export, or dataset furnished to others. Processing required to deliver your Review, operate billing and fraud controls, secure the Service, and meet law or a signed firm agreement is not a violation of this covenant.

A record fingerprint is a content-comparison value. It is not a digital signature, authentication service, or trusted timestamp. It is not a tamper-proof seal.

Data and retention.

Submitted content is processed by the infrastructure, model, and payment providers described in the Privacy notice. Account, credit, and paid-Review records are stored as described there. A firm archive record is stored only when an authenticated firm attests it. Contractual retention, deletion, export, confidentiality, and data-processing terms supersede this public summary where they apply.

Service provided as is.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, regulatory sufficiency, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

Liability and firm agreements.

Any additional limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, service level, security obligation, or commercial commitment for firm use must be stated in the signed agreement. This public page is not a substitute for those negotiated terms.

Changes and contact.
