The ask.
Pre-seed for ~21 months runway at $70K/mo burn. Hiring shape: CTO (production engineering and security), Director of Distribution (RIA channel sales), three fractional advisors (compliance, distribution, technical architecture). Founder ships ~80% of the code with Claude (Anthropic) as development collaborator, so team math is leaner than typical pre-seed.
