teranodePricing

Pricing during pre-seed.

Teranode is in pre-seed. Pricing exists, but it is currently a conversation, not a published price list. What follows is the framing: what kind of customer Teranode is built for, how the commercial model works, and what design partners get.

01

Founding design partners.

We are opening a small number of founding design-partner slots this year for compliance officers and RIA principals, in exchange for structured feedback on real workflows. Terms are set per firm and discussed on the call. Production pricing lands when the product reaches its calibration gate.

If you are an RIA principal or compliance officer interested in the founding design partner program, write to founders@teranode.ai.

02

The commercial model (post-pre-seed).

Three tiers, structured for how regulated advisory practices actually buy software:

  • Solo. Single advisor, self-serve, capped decision records per month. Good for sole-practitioner CFPs and independent registered representatives.
  • Practice. Multi-advisor team, unlimited decision records, shared compliance archive, single SSO integration. The standard tier for established RIAs.
  • Enterprise. API access, custom prompts, compliance file export, sub-processor DPA negotiation, named-customer support. For institutional advisor groups and broker-dealers.

Specific dollar figures are not published during the pre-seed period. Pricing tracks per-seat with a per-record allowance above the included tier.

03

No consumer tier.

Teranode is not consumer software. There is no free-forever individual plan, no "$10/mo for hobbyists," no public self-signup. The product is decision infrastructure for licensed financial professionals. The regulatory posture requires intentional buyer selection, not a casual signup funnel.

If you are not a licensed advisor or RIA but you find the product interesting, the Council demo at the top of the homepage is open to everyone. No account required. Use it to understand what we are building.

04

What changes at production.

When pricing lands publicly:

  • No surprise migration. Any founding-partner terms agreed in writing will hold for the agreed term.
  • DPA + MSA available. Standard data processing addendum and master services agreement. Custom terms negotiable at Enterprise.
  • Billing options.Annual or monthly billing, set in the firm's agreement.
  • No performance-linked component. Pricing is a SaaS subscription, not a fee-share or per-trade charge. Aligned to the §206 framework: vendor compensation cannot be inducement to recommend.
