Set up an agent wallet
Three steps. After this, your AI agent can pay for anything on the internet — domains, APIs, SaaS — autonomously, within the rules you set, with zero human in the loop.
-
1
Create a Coinbase Agentic Wallet
Non-custodial, programmatic, controlled by your agent — Coinbase holds zero keys, and neither does Teranode. One click, no signup-form hell.
Open Coinbase Agentic Wallet →Already have a wallet?
Any EOA on Base / Base Sepolia works. Paste its address in step 3.
-
2
Fund the wallet with USDC
USDC on Base settles in under a second and costs sub-cent fees. Use the Coinbase onramp (card → USDC, no exchange account needed) or transfer from any existing wallet.
$20 covers thousands of agent micropayments. You can top up later from your dashboard.
-
3
Set the spending policy
This authorizes the agent to spend autonomously within rules you control. Without a mandate the agent has zero spending power. Revoke at any time from the dashboard.
What happens next
Once authorized, your agent can complete any Teranode-supported transaction without prompting you. Every payment is recorded and signed; you can revoke the mandate or change limits any time.
